Wel Known forms

I try to catch a feeling of a memory, a glance of a future dream and the excitement of being in the present moment.

Through drawings, collages, felt rags and stones, I explore the value of memories. How are they arranged in our bodies and in our minds? How does a memory relate to the present moment and vice versa?
In everyday life, I find objects that deal with time, memory, change, wearability and story. From these I extract forms, materials and colors that I use in my practice and form into new images and artworks. In presentations, many artworks come together. It forms an archive and starts to serve as a place where the viewer can muse and wander into thoughts and memories through drawings, collages and objects.
I see my art practice as an hybrid surrounding where artworks develop trough an autonomous making proces and participatory encounters.
